Stephen Rae is an Australian videographer and photographer based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with over twenty year experience, specialises in video production, documentary filmmaking, and photography for NGOs, UN agencies and development organisations working across the Pacific region, Cambodia and SE Asia.
With seven years in Cambodia Stephen has been producing documentary films, program overviews, and digital content for NGOs and Aid Agencies. Projects include field documentation, interviews, advocacy campaigns, fundraising and programme storytelling.
