Stephen Rae is an Australian videographer and photographer based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with more than 20 years experience working across Asia and the Pacific. He specialises in documentary video production and photography for NGOs, humanitarian organisations and development programmes. His work focuses on capturing real stories through programme documentation, interviews and field-based storytelling. Based in Cambodia for over seven years, Stephen has worked extensively with NGOs and international organisations producing content across Phnom Penh and rural provinces.
