Stephen Rae has more than 20 years experience producing documentary films and photography. Now based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Stephen Rae continues to produce documentary video and photography for NGOs and development organisations across the region. Prior his International assignments included television documentary production, NGO programme documentation and humanitarian projects filmed in Papua New Guinea and other regional locations.
