Stephen Rae was commissioned by ICRC Bangkok in partnersrship with ICRC Cambodia and the CWBF to provide photography and video production for the for a sponsorship drive for the sport. ICRC has been supporting for over decade, its time they took on other roles and priorities
Project Overview
Photography assignment for ICRC Cambodia documenting humanitarian programmes and field activities. The work focused on capturing operational environments, community interaction and programme delivery across Cambodia. Achieved by a humasn interest story of the journey of one players and launch of a new court at Battanbang Province.
Photography Assignment
Documentary photography capturing field operations, community engagement and programme implementation. Images were produced for reporting, communications and awareness of humanitarian activities as a major sponsorship drive for CWBF.
Photography across Cambodia
Photography assignments take place across Cambodia, including Phnom Penh and provincial locations such as Kampong Cham, Kampot, Ratanakiri and other rural areas. Stephen Rae works with NGOs, UN agencies and development organisations to document programmes, workshops and community initiatives in both urban and remote environments. With extensive field experience, assignments are carried out in a range of locations, capturing authentic moments that reflect programme impact and community engagement.
Video Production
Alongside photography, video content was produced to support documentation of humanitarian programmes for ICRC Cambodia. The film complements the photography by capturing field activities, community interaction and operational environments, the launch of the new facilities in Battambong
