UNDP Cambodia --- Energy Efficiency and Solar Power grids
UNDP Cambodia assist the Government in development areas throughout the country. Among the program and initiatives are two areas 1/ rural areas not yet connected to the national, solving the issue through Solar power mini grids. 2/ Is through Energy Efficiency in Cambodia with focus on Urban areas educating the construction industry on the need to use less power and offering solutions and best practises to achieve this.

Project Overview --- Energy Efficiency and Solar Power grids
Stephen Rae was commissioned by UNDP Cambodia as a videographer to produce short films on both projects -- Solar power mini grids in rural areas, traveling to the province of Ratankirri rural district and filming in Phnom Penh with industry that had adapted to the energy saving initiatives. Drones were used to capture the entirety of the grids and rooftops, interviews undertaken and impacts determined in the community. Energy efficiency discussions with building management, construction for the purpose to extend knowledge to others in the construction industry
For each film were two versions, English and Khmer with sign language.
