Project Overview
Stephen Rae was commissioned to provide photographic coverage of the three day forum ion. Phnom Penh Cambodia. Various conference rooms, gathering amnd meeting where and photographed for USEA to be used to promote the future discussions, maintain a library of the event for their website and social media needs. A photo selection, all digitally enhanced was deleivered to the client prior to departure to the Unites States.
