Stephen Travels throughout the Western Province of Papua New Guinea where 58 telecommunication towers are being built. Bringing phone and internet to the remote rural areas. We follow the construction stage and return a year later after the towers completion to witnes the impacts improved communications has aided the the people of Western Province. Filmed 2011-2013
