Stephen Rae, was contracted fro video production and photographic services by Landel Mills, the agency commissioned to look after media services for the Delegation of EU to Cambodia. Providing media content for social media and website and promotional material. The EU delegation's focus is on the people of the Cambodia, inter government relations, through areas in including development, education opportunities, environment, standard of quality, energy and overall development of Cambodia.
Project Overview
Stephen was tasked with video and photographic coverage of numerous events orchestrated by the EU Delegation in Phnom Penh. from interviewing French Ambassador, students, partners and stakeholders, capturing live speeches. Providing quick turn around of images for social media, supplying their editors with video footage and edit individual stories when required. the events covered include Study in Europe day event, LM water site visit by students, the Capfish forum, Pedal for the Planet, Mekong clean day.

This short video of the EU event of the Mekong clean day organised with students with Government support, held at Choy Changvar Phnom Penh. A day of health for individuals and the environment by ensuring Mekong River is looked after, From rubbish collection, school participation, boats on the river, drones in the sky, Stephen Rae and his Khmer crew filmed, photographed, interviewed and captured the happenings and making the short film available for the following days needs of the EU.
