The YLM Report is a eight part documentary series produced by Stephen Rae for the Urban Safety under Law and Justice Sector (DFAT funded) and NCDC. A contemporary snapshot of Port Moresby through the impacts of social programs, involving Youth employment and Training schemes, Women Empowerment and Domestic Violence and Safety Issues in Port Moresby. We look at the ways Government, Church, community groups plus Private Enterprise work together through the YLM Program. The TV series was broadcast on EMTV, Kundu 2 and 22 nations throughout the South Pacific. Here is a collection of some of the Stories and TV Commercials from the TV Program.
